You agree not to commit the following misconducts:
- Copy, duplicate, modify and distribute the contents of www.fobuma.com.
- Fraudulent or unlawful acts.
- Spread the virus that cause damage to fobuma.com and of its members' pages.
- Promote and post prohibited content.

1. Using our Services
Thank you for joining Fobuma membership and using our services. By joining you agree not to abuse our services and only use the Member's Service as permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate your account if you do not comply with our policy.
We value member's privacy. Our Service is featured with preferences and options, you are never forced to give, publish or do things you don't want.
2.1 Personal Data
To sign up for a member account, we ask information about you name and your email address. This information is for our correspondence with you only and will not be published on the website.
Member's email is required for sign-up verification and for us to send important notices, for instance payment confirmation and change of our terms and policies. Member's email can be used to contact the Member using any communication services Fobuma offers. To protect your email address from spammers and in order not make Fobuma Site a place to encourage such activity, Fobuma does not publish your email address.
2.3 Contact Information
A Member can choose to give the name of a contact person for sales and further contact information to be published for visitors to contact your company for the purpose of sales or clarifications.
2.4 Business Information
Obligatory business information required for some of our services does not require confidential information from Member and their publication are intended to be beneficial for Member's company and business activity. Members can choose not to publish sensitive information in optional information asked for these services.
3.1 Personal Membership Account
To ensure that you receive important messages, personal membership account must be registered with a valid and functioning email address.
3.2 Business Membership Account
(a) To ensure that you receive inquiries and purchase orders, business membership account must be registered with a valid and functioning email address.
(a) Business Name must be an official company name for business member who have an official business entity.
3.3 Validity of Information
To maintain reader's and buyer's trust for Fobuma Site, the following submitted information must be real, true and correct:
(a) Physical address and location information: country, province, city, postal code, address (street name and number).
(b) Electronic contact information: phone numbers, handphone numbers and blackberry PIN.
3.4 Correct Placement of Information
To give consistent reading experience in Fobuma Site, any information given for a designated field, name or purpose must be according and adhere to this designation. Fobuma reserve the right to correct any wrong placement of information.
4. Membership Cancelation
With or without notice Fobuma reserves the right to cancel the membership account of a member, who does not intend to abide and repeatedly violate and disrespect these Terms and Conditions.
1. Member 's Page
Member's Pages include all pages which contain primarily content from an individual Member's and informations about the Member's company. Navigation for fobuma.com and the category of the Member's content in fobuma.com is secondary and only takes a minimum space in the Member's Pages.
1.2 Purpose and Aim
The purpose of the Member's Pages is to communicate and present Member's business and products. The aim is to receive purchase orders and the sales of Member's products or services.
The content of Member's Pages comes principally from Members. Content uploaded by Member is required to comply to the Content Requirement.
1.4 Completeness Requirement and Activation
The completeness requirement aims to maintain good presence of the Member's company and a good experience for the site visitors. Completeness requirement will be specified in the conditions for the particular type of Member's Pages below. For your Member's Page to be activated, completeness requirement must be met.
1.5 Formal Requirement
For the best reading experience, Member Pages must meet the Formal Requirement inside the Content Requirement. These conditions include but not limited to:
(a) Use correct spelling. Avoid using all uppercase or lowercase in sentences. Put space after comma and period. Create paragraph with line breaks to ease reading.
(b) Fobuma publishes contact information in every member pages. Don't put contact information in every type of text and in every opportunity.
(c) Text must be understandable, no spamming and no keywords stuffing.
1.6 Fobuma's Rights
To provide good online experience for the readers, after 4-8-2016 Fobuma has the right to ask a Member to amend a posting to meet content and formatting requirement. Fobuma also has to right to delete misplaced information and Fobuma reserves the right but not obliged to correct light spelling errors or wrong punctuations for every text from Member to published in Member's Pages or other pages within fobuma.com.
Fobuma reserves the right to deactivate member's posting or pages, if the intention or a noticable result of the effort of meeting the formal and completeness requirement ist not recognized in that particular member's posting or pages. Member are asked to correct and reactivate their post or pages. If warnings are ignored, the corresponding account will be blocked. Account used for deliberate spamming will be blocked. Member's Pages activated before 1st March 2016 and are empty and don't meet not the completeness requirement will be deactivated. To reactivate Member's Page, please login and fill profile page and product page according to completeness requirement.
Fobuma is not obliged to maintain the correctness and accuracy of any information from and about a member. Therefore Member's Content can be updated and remains to be under the control of the individual member. The correctness and accuracy of the information in Member's pages and every loss, misunderstanding resulting from any inaccuracy are under Member's liability.
2. Business Page
The Profile Page describes Member's business, company, business activity and service with text, photographs or drawings.
2.2 Completeness Requirement
To provide good presence for Member's company and minimum information for readers the Profil Page consists of a minimum of 1 image and text with the minimum length of 200 characters.
2.3 Formal Requirement
According to the requirement for correct placement in the formal requirement of member's content, telephone, urls for links, product name or other misplaced information cannot be published as business name or business category.
3. Product Page
The Product Pages describe Member's products or services with text, photographs or drawings.
3.2 Writing Product Post
Product name for each product post must be as specific as possible according to name and product type. Separate a list of products in one post for each product.
3.3 Completeness Requirement
Product Page must consist of a minimum of 1 product with 1 image and sufficient description.
3.4 Formal Requirement
According to the requirement for correct placement in the formal requirement of member's content, telephone, urls for links, product name or other misplaced information cannot be published as product name or slogan.
4. Track Record
The content of the Track Record posting to describe works done, which are projects in nature or milestones of achievement. The aim of this content is to convince potential clients or customers.
4.2 Completeness Requirement
Every track tecord posting consist of minimum of 1 image with a minimum of 100 words to describe each post.
5. Career Opportunities
Posting for career opportunitues for individual or professional or job search as a individual or professional.
To avoid misunderstandings and confusion, Members shall deactivate a posting after the related job opening is no longer available. Fobuma is not responsible for the accuracy of Member's job information or career opportunity that any applicant sees in fobuma.com and all losses, misunderstandings caused by it.
1. Member's Content
Member's Content is information from Fobuma's Member, which is given by the Member indirectly and directly through the website fobuma.com, email or other medium. Member's Content includes but not limited to text and image.
1.2 Usage Rights
When Members upload or otherwise submit content to use our services, Members give Fobuma a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes Fobuma makes so that Member's Content works better with our services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. Fobuma does not claim ownership rights in Member's Content.
Fobuma is not responsible and not liable for any Member's Content.
2. Conditions for Member's Content
Member's Content is subjected to the following Conditions:
It may not contain infringe the copyright or other rights of any person/firm/company.
2.2 Accuracy dan Actuality
Contact information such as telephone number, email or address have to be correct and must be maintained correct in order not to mislead anyone.
2.3 Race and Religion
(a) It may not contain statements or suggestions that may offend the sensitivities of any racial or religious group.

2.4 Community Standards

(g) It may not be shocking, sensational or disrespectful, or portray excessive violence.
2.5 False Claims and Comparisons
It may not contain false or unwarranted claims for any product or service and/or defamatory statements. The advertiser shall indemnify and keep indemnified Fobuma.com against all claims, legal action, suits, demands, losses, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Fobuma in respect of the publishing material or content supplied by the said advertiser to Fobuma.
(a) It may not contain claims or comparisons that are misleading or highly exaggerated.
(b) All claims and comparisons that are objectively verifiable should be capable of substantiation.
(c) Comparisons with other products/services are acceptable provided they are based on fact and do not disparage directly or by implication.
3. Formal Condition for Member's Content
Member's Content must fulfill these requirements:
3.1 Standard Written Form of the Language
(a) Use correct spelling.
(b) Use correct capitalization as if to write a formal text.
(c) Use correct punctuation and typing standard for punctuations (space after coma and dot).
3.2 Correct Placement
(a) Place information according to the designated place (product name not as business name).
(b) Post according to the designated posting place (product post not as job post).
(c) Avoid non-watermark text in a photograph that blocks the photo itself.
3.3 No Spam
(a) Avoid empty post or a post must have enough text, that reader can comprehend what the post is conveying.
(b) Avoid repetitive words, phrases or sentences without a suitable context.
(c) Avoid putting different key words, key phrases or key sentences next to another without suitable introduction text for human reader.
(d) Avoid writing only for search engine.
(e) Don't post uncomprehensible content or various words without a relevant and suitable content for the context.
4. Cancelation of the Member's Content Publication
We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. We may inactivate irrelevant or spam content with and without prior notice.
Advertisement with Fobuma
Advertisement or Ad on fobuma.com aims to promote business or products above other products in the online marketplace in fobuma.com. Ads are published in our Ads zone. One of the Ads zone is the column on the right side in many Fobuma's pages.
You are asked to send us the information for your Ad to us. The Ad will be activated after payment is received.
An Ad may not negatively impact our relationship with customers or Member's of Fobuma. The materials for Ad must comply with our Content Guidelines.
Fobuma reserves the right to refuse any Ad application and cancel an active ad, which does not meet the Content Guideline. The Cancellation will be accompanied by the reimbursement of any paid fee.
Fobuma will send email for inactivity of your Ad caused by planned site maintenance longer than 48 hour. Fobuma is not liable for interruption caused by internet connection, which is beyond our control.
